Think Safety

As Vice President of Boyter Brothers, my perspective on 'think safety' is deeply rooted in over two decades of field experience. I've witnessed firsthand the risks and challenges of construction work, which have shaped my unwavering commitment to valuing safety. Every decision we make, from project planning to execution, revolves around keeping our field team safe. It's not just a policy or a compliance box to check, it’s a core-value. A responsibility ingrained in our company culture, fostering a culture where we empower every team member to speak up about safety concerns. Our safety culture is built on years of field experience with a commitment to the well-being of everyone involved. Our goal is not just to complete projects, but to ensure each person returns home safely every day.
